ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)
Who can enter:
Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Only for flooring contractors.
Opening/closing date & time:
· Prize Draw opens for entries via direct orders placed with Uzin Utz UK or its distribution partners on Monday January 03rd 2023.
· Prize Draw closes for entries at 17:00 on Friday August 18th 2023.
To enter the draw, email details including proof of purchase to wolff.uk@uzin-utz.com before the closing date. No late entries will be considered.
Winner selection & contact:
· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
How to enter & cost of entry:
· You may enter by placing an order for select Wolff machines during the time period January 03rd – August 18th 2023.
Only valid when one or more of the below Wolff machines are purchased.

Prize:
- Prize one (1) consists of two tickets for the winner plus one to attend the Nürnberg Christmas Market on either 9/10th or 16/17th December 2023 with Wolff Brand Manager Jon Turbutt.
- Prize two (2) consists of two tickets for two separate winners to attend the German OktoberFest in Stuttgart with Wolff Sales Manager Adam Lewis. 22nd September – 08th October 2023.
- Prize three (3) is a range of Wolff merchandise. A selection of Wolff merchandise and clothing up to the value of £1000.
The winning tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The tickets cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative to the prize and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel for any reason.
Please note that the tickets to the Christmas Market include flights and accommodation.
Please note that the tickets to the Oktober Fest include flights, accommodation and tickets to the Oktoberfest.
Transport to and from the UK airport are not included.
Food and drink inside the airports are not included.
Winners will be picked at random on Monday 21st August and the winners notified by e-mail.
DATA PROTECTION
For the purpose of conducting the competition, Uzin Utz UK Ltd will process personal information such as the first name, surname and e-mail address for participants as well as passport number, date of birth and clothing sizes of the winners. The personal data collected as part of the competition will be stored, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and managing the competition.
We are permitted to do this under the Data Protection Act 2018 because we have a legitimate interest in recognising multiple entries and attempts at fraud, as well as in identifying a contact person to contact for the prize distribution. During processing, the data will be passed on to the employees entrusted with the organisation of the prize draw, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose. The data will not be passed on to third parties. Once the competition has been completed, the personal data will be deleted.

As data subjects, the participants are entitled to the rights set out the Data Protection Act 2018, please also see https://uk.uzin.com/data-protection-policy for our data protection policy. In particular the right to information, deletion, correction, restriction of processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For revocation and/or deletion, an informal message by e-mail to: uk@uzin-utz.com is sufficient. If the request to delete data is made before the end of the competition, further participation in the competition is no longer possible.

6.2 Data subject rights
The competition is governed by the Data Protection Act 2018. We base the processing of personal data on a balance of interests, you may object to the processing of personal information. The objection must be complied with in whole or in part if there are valid reasons which prevent further processing. Please inform us of these reasons when you lodge your objection. We will then examine the situation and either discontinue or adapt the processing or inform you of the weighty reasons for continuing the processing.
6.3 Legal basis and purpose of collection and processing
Personal data provided to Uzin Utz UK Ltd as part of the competition will be stored, processed and used by Uzin Utz UK Ltd exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition. We are permitted to do this because we have a legitimate interest in recognising multiple entries and attempts at fraud. Furthermore, without personal data, it is not possible to contact the winners or send the prize.
6.4 Type of personal data
In order to carry out the competition, Uzin Utz UK Ltd will process certain personal data from you, such as your first name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address or date of birth. The personal data collected and processed from you can be found on the competition form.
6.5 Recipients of personal data
During processing, the data will be passed on to the employees entrusted with the organisation of the competition, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
6.6 Duration of storage / deletion
The personal data will be deleted after the competition has been completed. If you exercise your right to deletion and the request to delete data is made before the end of the competition, further participation in the competition is no longer possible.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
Uzin Utz UK Ltd reserves the right to unilaterally amend these conditions of participation for good cause or to terminate the competition prematurely. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons, in the event of mass abuse of the promotion or subsequent legal inadmissibility due to a change in the legal situation.
Legal recourse is excluded. UK law shall apply.
