When fitting luxury vinyl tiles it’s important that the correct tools are used so the LVT is fitted correctly. For example, it’s vital that the correct size notch is used so there is sufficient transfer of adhesive on to the underside of the LVT. But the right tools also allows flooring contractors to fit luxury vinyl tiles easily and quickly, whilst eliminating the chances of any mistakes when fitting.    

The Wolff Design Collection offers a package of unique hand tools designed for the perfect installation of luxury vinyl tiles. All of the five tools within the Design Collection have a very robust construction and allow work to be carried out quickly, efficiently and safely.

The Wolff Design Collection consists of the Wolff Linocut for quick and accurate cutting of borders or design work. The catch on the underside of the Wolff Linocut allows for the tool to hook onto the side of any fixed tiles so the luxury vinyl tiles are cut precisely, without any diversion. Unlike a knife, this helps remove any risk of movement and creates a perfect, clean cut. The Wolff Lino cut can also be used to cut perfect seams in vinyl, linoleum and needle punch with different base plates for different types of floor coverings.  

The Chamfer King helps create an accurate chamfered edge of 25° to the surface of LVT after they have been cut, while the Wolff Duo Pressure Roller is used to roll over the LVT for perfect adhesion. The Mitre-box shears for LVT floors creates a precise and clean cut of LVT feature strips. The Wolff Hole Cutter is ideal for making holes for heating pipes when installing LVT. The tip is made from high quality HSS Steel and has scaled grooves to show the desired holes diameter between 8 mm to 20 mm. The Hole Cutter can also be used for other types of floor covings such as vinyl, linoleum as well as wood and laminate.  The tip can also be taken off and fixed onto power drills if required. All of the useful tools are kept together in a case for protection and easy transportation.
